State bird provisions

Always on the list of the best restaurants in the city, and loved by local chefs, sister and family took me to State Bird Provisions. There was an a la carte menu but also a cart that went around with food. This meant it was one of the fastest dinner services I've ever experienced. Food is contemporary Asian with a lot of strong flavors such as spicy peppers, pickled veggies, fresh herbs,  and fish sauce. Just the concept already added a fun aspect to the experience. Reservations are def hard to come by. So when my sister logged onto their website and saw an opening she just jumped on it! They do take a few walkins at the bar. You'll have to wait of course. The line starts before opening of course.
