TBT to the time I thought I wanted to be a chef. Always possible for me to get back into cooking, but happy where I am at just starting my post-collegiate career. But thanks school, I can now cook like crazy person. My mom was right: "Why are you spending so much money on a hobby?" she asked me at the time. My reaction at the time was anger that she could not take me seriously, but she was right! It was 2006, I was approved the loan, low and behold....this happened!
