You should make: brunch at home

I made so much "brunch' at home , I'm a little tired of it. or NOT! Smoked salmon. Herbed potatoes-boiled, cut, pan fried w dried Italian herbs and Jalepeno peppers. Poached egg- cracked open, dropped in shallow barely boiling water. Hollandaise from scratch : butter, egg, lemon, warm water, salt, whisk, metal bowl. And poached asparagus bc it's perfect w hollandaise.
